The television series stars Ellie Kemper as Kimberly ‘Kimmy’ Schmidt, who is the main character of the series, Tituss Burgess as Titus Andromedon who is is a Broadway performer and his real name is Ronald Wilkerson, Carol Kane as Lillian Kaushtupper who is the landlord of Kimmy and Titus, Jane Krakowski as Jaqueline Voorhees who hires Kimmy as a nanny and Sarah Chase as Cyndee Pokorny who is Kimmy’s best friend from the cult.
The television series Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is about a 29 year old young woman, Kimmy who starts a new life in New York city after she is rescued from an Indian doomsday cult. The series follows Kimmy’s adventures and the whole story is focused on her and her hilarious life. The series opens with the break out of Kimmy from the cult’s underground bunker.
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt generally got good reviews and positive feedback and it is said to be as odd as hilarious. The storyline is interesting and original and the performance of Ellie Kemper (Kimmy) is just outstanding. According to TV Guide Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is the best new comedy of 2015. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is a warm, charming, humorous and at times odd series with entertaining characters. It is definitely a must watch series.
